Dinner Swap #2: January 2011 menu.

DM: BBQ beef for the crockpot,
EM: Chicken and cauliflower curry over rice, 
LB:  Lasagna and garlic bread, 
MS: Chili con carne and biscuits, 
LS: Chinese dumplings and stir fry sauce, 
EC: mustard and rosemary rubbed pork tenderloin 
JL: Vegetable Quiche.
