Cranberry Chicken.

This recipe came from a dear friend who has given me a few great recipes that are quick, easy, and delicious!  This one is on my rotation since i almost always have these ingredients in my pantry. Thanks, J!

4 lb. bone-in chicken pieces (breast halves and/or thighs), or 4 chicken breasts
1 can  (16 oz.) whole berry cranberry sauce
1 bottle (8 oz.) KRAFT CATALINA Dressing OR french dressing
1 envelope onion soup mix.

MIX dressing, jam and soup mix; pour over chicken.
HEAT chicken and sauce together in a casserole or pan for 1 hour  at 350°F
OR  Crock-pot for 8 hours low or 4 hours high.
BAKE 35 to 40 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF).
FREEZE:  We received this dish in a ziplock freezer bag, uncooked, in the sauce, ready to be cooked in the oven or crock-pot.
